Polymer bottles

The primary purpose of medical packaging is to preserve the pharmacological properties and quality of medications throughout their shelf life as determined by the manufacturer. We offer polymer bottles of our own production. In our range, you will find a wide selection of medical products.

Key features

A polymer bottle is a container used for storing medicinal products. It comes in various types, differing in capacity, bottom type (flat/concave), and neck type: crimp or snap on. Various materials are used for manufacturing:

  • low-density polyethylene (LDPE);
  • high-density polyethylene (HDPE).

Classification of bottles

There are several types of polymer bottles. The classification parameters are volume and closure method. By volume, bottles are divided into the following categories:

5, 10, 15, 20, and 30 ml – designed for storing eye and nasal medications.

According to the closure method, there are three types of bottles:

  1. With devices preventing accidental first opening.
  2. With a screw neck and plastic cap, which can be replaced with a dropper stopper. Bottles of this type are suitable for storing various alcohol-based tinctures and extracts, as well as syrups.
  3. With spray caps for aerosol products.

A bottle with a dropper cap, specially designed for eye drops, deserves special attention.

The dropper bottle is a container intended for storing sterile preparations and other liquid medications. It serves as a good alternative to glass bottles, as it is lighter, cheaper, and does not break during transportation or storage.

The dispensers for such bottles are made of polyethylene (high/low density). To extract the liquid, the dropper bottle with 10, 15 ml, or more is equipped with a special stopper, which allows for precise dosing of the medication.

Production of dropper bottles

In the production of dropper bottles of 10 ml, 15 ml, and more, we strictly adhere to the technological process and control each stage of it. During the design phase, our specialists take several factors into account:

  1. Design Features: Dropper bottles must be completely airtight and sterile. It is important that neither the container nor its contents are damaged during transportation and storage. Additionally, it should be convenient for the consumer to extract the medication, regardless of whether it is in liquid form or in the form of tablets, granules, etc.

  2. Storage Requirements and Purpose of the Medication: We manufacture medical packaging that considers all necessary conditions for storing various medications. For example, it provides reliable protection against ultraviolet radiation.

  3. Safety Requirements: Our dropper bottles are made from completely safe materials. Their composition, as well as the permissible amount of impurities, complies with regulatory and technical documentation.

We strive to make our packaging not only safe but also practical. Therefore, we do everything possible to ensure that it is easy to open, close, and transport.
