Today, medications in the form of sprays are among the most popular and sought-after for treating colds, ARVI, nasal congestion, and inflammatory diseases of the throat and oral cavity. Their main feature is the presence of a spray pump, which, when pressed, creates an aerosol mist that irrigates the mucous membrane.

The pump sprayer helps to distribute the medication evenly across the mucous membrane. It is dispensed in a measured dose, allowing for a smooth application on the surface. There are also other advantages of pump sprayers:

When selecting a pump sprayer for a bottle, it is important to consider the type of product being used as well as the diameter of the cap. The more precisely the sizes are matched, the more airtight the connection will be.

There are only two options, which are divided by the types of bottle necks:

1. Snap-on: The pump sprayer is secured to the bottle neck using a retaining mechanism. For reliable fixation, it needs to be pushed down firmly.
2. Crimp: The edges of the pump sprayer are clamped onto the bottle neck.
